On December 12, 2023, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya hosted a guest lecture in its International Business Law programme featuring Fildza Nabila Avianti from Anggraeni and Partners. The session took place at the BSD City Campus.
Fildza Nabila Avianti, a senior research associate with the Ocean, Maritime, and Climate Research Group, delivered a lecture titled ‘Gender Perspectives in Fishery and Coastal Communities.’ This lecture offered detailed insights into sustainable practices in maritime industries and emphasized the importance of uncovering the hidden work of fisherwomen and dismantling gender stereotypes in fishery and the protection of marine ecosystem
The class, led by Fachry Hasani Habib, was further enriched by Fildza’s guest lecture. Habib’s expertise in ‘Ocean Law and Policy in Asia’ played a key role in enhancing students’ understanding of the legal frameworks that govern maritime activities in the region
