Mid Level Competencies:
- Min 4 years of experience in Corporate Law Firms or energy sector company
- Extensive exposure in Renewable Energy transaction and mining matters
- Familiar with transaction documents including agreement, minutes, legal memorandum, legal due diligence report etc.;
- Having good relationship with government bodies
- Excellent contract drafting skill
- Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability
- Dynamic, has good logical and analytical thinking, and a good attitude
- Strong in leadership
- Able to work individually and as a team
- Qualified from and registered in PERADI
Junior Level Competencies:
- Min 1 year of experience in Corporate Law Firms or energy sector company

- Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability
